Instead of watching the WWDC keynote, I’m digging into my settings and try to catch the app that constantly runs in background and drains the battery. Hint: it’s not visible in the list. Must be something different.
I won’t view the WWDC keynote and stopped using all social media apps. Hopefully I have a chance to view the recording later this night.
Whatever I do with Sunlit, the end result is far less attractive than the vanilla micro.blog iOS app one. Photos in the feed, clickable and visible on the web. With Sunlit just Mini icons are in the feed and tapping a photo results in a single JPG view in browser. Not a neat UX.
Let’s try Sunlit – which I really put behind because of the mediocre photo appearance on Micro.blog – for a new run with the Legoland Star Wars 2018 days. I like that I can change a already published story easily.

Legoland Deutschland. Durch Zufall gerade noch erwischt. Wir wollten heute am letzten Tag der Ferien noch mal ins Legoland und zu unserer Überraschung gehen genau bis heute die Star Wars Events. Das freut nicht nur meinen Sohn 😀

Das erste vegetarische Grillen habe ich heute für mich erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Es gab 3 Rezepte die ich mir bereits am Freitag rausgesucht hatte: Gegrillte Avocado mit Tomatensalsa Halloumi-Melonen-Spieße vom Grill Aufgespießter Tofu vom Grill mit Physalis Dazu gab es Baguette und einen italienischen Spaghetti-Salat mit getrockneten Tomaten. Mein Favorit waren die Melonen-Spieße. Für weitere leckere vegetarische oder Veganer Rezepte bin ich offen!
Den Feiertag heute mit etwas Golf 🏌️♂️ verbracht. Komme da im Moment viel zu selten dazu.

At 6PM I decided, why not play some BF4 this evening. Started my good old ging machine and expected some Windows updates. I was right, not it’s 10:30PM and this friggin machine still downloads and installs updates!! So no gaming today for me.
If I had to pick one thing that could be better about #Icro, it is the display of Markdown formatted content. Like quotes, and so on. The official app displays such things more like I would expected formatted content.
